1. DON'T Button more than one button!
While most suit jackets typically have more than one button, it is a rule to button just the uppermost one (while standing up). Anything more than two buttons, you have the option of buttoning the second one.
As the lore goes, during the 1900s King Edward VII started the trend of leaving the bottom button of a suit undone as he was unable to button the rest due to his figure.
This custom was later adopted and practiced widely.
2. NO White Socks !
Why ? Its sportswear !
It is the equivalent of wearing a tie to play tennis.
3. NO Backpacks !
To own a suit and not care for it is unacceptable. Backpacks easily damage your suit fabric causing
wear and tear.
Use a briefcase instead. Briefcases are more appealing in a professional way. You don't want to stick to backpacks like a teen.
